A xerox copy of a page from American Architect and Building News, February 26, 1881. The page is a copy of a drawing of the house that was later built for Curtis on the road approaching Thuya Lodge. The house is now (2006) called Random Ridge and is owned by the Crofoot family. This is the first house built by Curtis. It was later added to with a second house further up the hill and connected with a passageway. Architect is George Moffette. Copy appears to have been donated by David Crofoot from inscription on the back.
