The house is now called Random Ridge and is owned by the Crofoot family. This is the first house built by Curtis. It was later added to with a second house further up the hill and connected with a passageway.
Architect is George Moffette.
Curtis sold this house and property to the Robbins family. Then, the Robbins family sold the property to the current (09-09-2019) owners, the Crofoot family.
