Each copy of the booklet has a different cover design and a detachable postcard on the back cover. A letter from Mary Roper to Beth Straus regarding the cost estimates and other information, dated 4/16/93, is also included with this record.

A pencil on mylar overlay of planting elevations is attached to the front of the photo. This was probably used as an initial plan to develop landscape designs for the west bank garden.
