Letters between Patrick Chasse and Denholm Jacobs related to a possible project to create a brook at Thuya Garden with money from the Burden family in honor of Margaret Burden. This project was later altered from a brook to creation of a wall, planting, bench, and extension of a path around the north side of the garden rather than a brook and the project was designed by Chasse.
