  • Manuscript
A typewritten, folder bound report of the status of the Asticou Terraces as of 1954. The report discusses the possible acquisition or surrounding properties and other future changes in the use and management of the plan. Various possibilities for acquisitions are discussed. This may have been a pre-cursor of the request to Mr. John D. Rockefeller, Jr. for assistance in acquiring adjacent property in the following few years. Manuscript mentions the future plan for a "small garden" outside the back of the Thuya Lodge but no mention of the large garden or removal of the orchard.
